Traditional Post-Paid Electricity
You’ve done this many times before. Pick the plan that best suits your needs. Supply us with all the information needed to perform a credit check. The credit check will determine if you need to pay a deposit to activate service. Once your service is activated, you will get a bill once a month and will have approximately 15 days to pay your bill. If you fail to pay the bill by the noted invoice due date, you will receive a disconnect notice and will be charged a 5% late fee. If you don’t pay your electric bill in 10 days your service will be disconnected. Vital power offers paperless billing via email, and an auto-pay option so you never have to worry about missing a payment. Our outstanding customer service options include: responsive texting, online customer chat, email, and automated account management via our IVR, including payment via phone and live customer service.
